In Person Sound Healing and Energy Work

Service Description

At Sovereign Aura Healing, our in-person Reiki sessions offer a deeply grounding and restorative experience. Being together in the same space allows the energy to move through both the physical and subtle layers of your being—bringing harmony to body, mind, and spirit. We begin with a gentle conversation where you can share what’s been present for you—emotionally, physically, or energetically. From there, I connect with your Higher Self to ensure the session unfolds in alignment with your highest good. You’ll then be immersed in a therapeutic sound bath, using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments to calm the mind and open the energetic field for deeper healing. Following this, you’ll be guided through a 25-minute Holy Fire® meditation, inviting divine energy to flow through you—cleansing, balancing, and restoring peace throughout your system. The session continues with traditional Usui Reiki, which can be offered hands-on or hands-off, depending on your comfort and preference. During this time, the universal life force, intuitive guidance, and your Higher Self work together in harmony to promote deep energetic renewal. To close, we’ll take a few moments to discuss any sensations, emotions, or insights that arose during your session. This helps anchor the healing process and bring clarity to what’s shifting. I often receive additional intuitive impressions in the hours that follow and may send a brief follow-up message within 24 hours if there’s more that feels supportive for your continued integration and healing.
