I’m a neurodivergent mother, intuitive healer, and lifelong student of both energy and the human psyche. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply attuned to the emotional and energetic worlds—sensing subtle shifts in people, places, and even the collective field around me.

 

Over the past ten years, I’ve cultivated and refined this sensitivity through Reiki. What began as a curiosity evolved into a devotion, leading me to become a Usui Holy Fire® Reiki Master. My interest in psychology has always intertwined with the energy work, helping me understand the complex relationship between emotion, belief, and energy.

 

In the summer of 2024, my path took a profound turn when I experienced a spontaneous Kundalini awakening. A powerful 9 month rise of life-force energy that transformed everything I thought I knew about myself and reality. Through those intense months of deep energetic and psychological purification, my understanding of healing shifted from managing energy to surrendering into the divine flow itself.

 

My trust in intuition, grounding in psychology, and lifelong relationship with energy allowed me to navigate this awakening, even when it was anything but easy. What emerged from that process was a sense of oneness and a connection to the divine that enables deep healing.
 

Shakti taught me far more about energetic and emotional transformation than anything I could have ever imagined. 

 

From this space, I now support others in their own journeys of healing, shedding and energetic sovereignty. I’ve witnessed people lift out of depression, reconnect to their essence, and rediscover peace. Simply by learning how to care for their energy and listen to their inner truth.

 

My work continues to evolve as I do. Each day deepening my connection to the divine and expanding capacity to hold space for transformation.

 

My mission is to help others remember their wholeness, reclaim their power, and awaken to the love that has always been here.
